I used WinRAR to de-compress the two bz2 compressed files giving the pearpc-6gib.img and pearpc-3gib.img image files.

In the folder 'PearPC' I have installed 'PearPC' files, the three panther.iso files (created with Roxie CDCreator using Disk Copy to produce 'ISO' images of the three Mac OS X installation Cds.) and expanded copies of each of the two hard disk image (img) files (2 and 2) downloaded from 'PearPC' website. I have set up a folder on my machine to contain the 'PearPC' files and the Panther OS files as follows: On a non-bootable Drive (D) I have the following path to the 'PearPC folder: D: Mac=5FOS=5FX=5FEmulation PearPC. It is more comprehensible to=20 start with compared to what 'PearPC Control Panel' can offer. Attachments: John, I advice that you just copy and edit the 'ppccfg.example' as the=20 starting configuration file for your PearPC.=20 You may save a copy as 'panther.cfg'.
When I created the 'PearPC installation configuration file (ppc.cfg) in 'PearPC Control Panel I enter the following information against each of the four screens presented by the 'Create New Configuration File Wizard'. The sizes of the de-compressed Image Files are as follows: pearpc-3gib.img =3D 3,145,464 KB pearpc-6gib.img =3D 4,194,304 KB The Mac OS X 'ISO' images files 'Panther1/2/3.iso are 663,292 KB, 658,148 KB and 662,828 KB respectively. There are a couple of readme files as well.

The 'PearPC' folder then contained the following files: Changelog text file, COPYING license file, nvram file, the (three ISO image files of the three MAC OS X installation disks) panther1.iso, panther2.iso, panther3.iso, the pearpc-3gib.img and pearpc-6gib.img files, the (PearPC executable file) pcc.exe, Video driver - video.x, ppccfg.example file, SDL.dll, and the PearPC Mac OS X installation configuration (created with 'PearPC Control Panel') named ppc.cfg.
